Market Publique Lookbook

I often get asked my local Brooklyn & NYC recommends for vintage & thirft shopping. However, I've never been asked where to shop for vintage online. Personally I'd never thought to look until I was introduced to Pamela who runs Market Publique. In addition to their brillient set-up where you can buy & sell quality vintage pieces, they partner with top vintage shops in NYC & style bloggers, to put out lookbooks a few times a year. And when they asked me to be a part of the most recent one, this vintage loving girl did a serious happy dance!

We pulled from Amarcord Vintage in Nolita & Williamsburg. Patti, the owner, is the most sweet & fabulous Italian woman whose shops are consistently ranked the top in the city. It was a dream of a day, followed-up by a photoshoot with photog Kate Sims, & voila: Lookbook!

The vision was Sophia Loren in Roman Holiday -- Italian Audrey style with a sexy edge. And since one of my favorite stylist tips is my 2-Part Fashion Cocktail, it was tres appropriate that each outfit inspired a summer Italian cocktail.

The coolest part about the Market Publique Lookbooks? All three of the above looks are for sale! Yup. One of a kind vintage pieces, modeled & styled by me, available for purchase & wearing for years by you. This is part 1 of 5 as I've got 4 more looks {my personal favorites} to shrae with you soon! Till then go check out the cocktails & make yourself one this weekend.
